Visarte is the professional association of visual artists, curators and architects in Switzerland. Visarte Basel Region is its regional representative for the cantons of Basel-Stadt and Baselland.
The regional group also organises events and exhibitions in the field of visual arts. Together with other associations and networks, it campaigns for good conditions for the artistic creation.
Note on the project space M54: It is no longer curated by Visarte Region Basel, but by the Stiftung Visarte Künstlerhaus. The programme and contacts can be viewed on the separate website: www.projektraum-m54.ch
